Integrating field equipment and industrial protocols through to real-time monitoring.
What it involves
BMS systems speak industrial protocols — MQTT, Modbus and BACnet — which I connect to modern application layers. Edge computing processes part of the data close to the field before it is sent upstream.
Measurement data is stored as time series to enable monitoring, history and alerting for equipment.
